This auxiliary building for a prominent brick Georgian style mansion in Westchester, NY, is equipped with change rooms, showers, a large kitchen and family room complete with a custom Rumford fireplace. Designed with a nod toward an orangery building, the main living space has a glass conservatory and multiple operable doors between brick piers that overlook the large recreational pool.
